2. Eligibility and Account Registration

3. Restricted Countries and Jurisdictions

• All countries listed on the FATF blacklist

We reserve the right to update this list at any time. If we determine that you have opened or attempted to open an account from a restricted jurisdiction, we will close your account immediately and any winnings may be forfeited.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

Our MegaWaysVip platform accepts the following deposit methods: Bank Transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Multibanco, Paysafecard, BLIK, iDEAL, Neteller, Skrill, and cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

At MegaWays Vip, our minimum withdrawal amount is 100 EUR (or currency equivalent) per transaction, applied uniformly across all withdrawal methods. Weekly and monthly withdrawal limits are determined by your VIP tier:

• Bronze (up to 1,000 EUR lifetime deposits): 2,500 per week / 10,000 per month
• Silver (1,000 EUR+ lifetime deposits): 4,000 per week / 16,000 per month
• Gold (10,000 EUR+ lifetime deposits): 5,000 per week / 20,000 per month
• Diamond (50,000 EUR+ lifetime deposits): 7,000 per week / 25,000 per month

Requests exceeding your applicable limit will be declined and the funds returned to your balance. Higher limits may be requested from your VIP manager and are subject to approval. We aim to process verified withdrawal requests within one business day of receiving all required documentation, and in no case later than 5 business days. Once processed, funds are generally received within 3 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.

4.3 Wagering Before Withdrawal

All deposited funds must be wagered at least three (3) times before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement applies expressly in all cases, including where no bonus has been claimed. Players from Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, India, and Pakistan are subject to a 20x real-money wagering requirement prior to withdrawal.

4.4 Chargebacks and Fees

An administration fee of 50 EUR (or currency equivalent) will be applied per chargeback, denial, or reversal of payment initiated by you.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus Package

The maximum bet while a bonus balance is active is 10 EUR / USD / GBP / AUD / CAD / CHF or 100 SEK / NOK / ZAR / DKK per round.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions and General Rules

When using a MegaWaysVip bonus, the following rules apply at all times:

• Bonuses may only be used on Video Slot and Classic Slot games. Placing bets on Table Games, Card Games, or Live Casino games while a bonus balance is active is strictly prohibited and may result in the removal of winnings and cancellation of your withdrawal.
• Upon crediting, your deposit and bonus are merged into a single combined Bonus Balance. Real-money and bonus funds are not tracked separately — the entire balance is subject to the wagering requirement and the slots-only restriction.
• The maximum cash-out from any deposit bonus is 20x the deposited amount. Our automated system periodically checks balances and removes any bonus winnings exceeding this cap. The maximum win from the first deposit is 25x the deposited amount under our General Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. An active bonus must be cancelled before another is claimed.
• Each bonus is limited to one person, household, computer, email address, and set of banking details.
• Bonus settings are chosen at registration. If you opt out of automatic bonuses and make your first deposit, you will no longer be eligible for the First Deposit Bonus.
• Cancellation is only possible before the first bet is placed, by contacting our 24/7 support team. Cancelling a bonus will not result in any loss of your own deposited funds.

5.3 No-Deposit Bonus

We offer a MegaWaysVip no deposit bonus subject to a 60x wagering requirement, limited to one per person, household, and computer. A successful minimum deposit is required before any winnings from a no-deposit bonus can be withdrawn. No-deposit bonuses are playable on Video Slots and Classic Slots from eight studios only: Gamebeat, Mascot, Platipus, ReadyPlay, Retro Gaming, Spinomenal, Wizard, and Yggdrasil. Players who have not yet made a deposit are subject to a flat cash-out cap of 50 EUR.

5.4 Daily Cashback

At MegaWays Vip, we credit daily cashback every day at 4:00 PM for the previous day's losses. To be eligible, you must have deposited the previous day and lost the full amount with no pending withdrawal request. Cashback is calculated on real-money losses only — play without any active bonus. Cashback is subject to 10x wagering. Rates by net deposit level:

• 5% on net deposits of 0–1,000 (max win 500)
• 10% on 1,000–10,000 (max win 2,000)
• 15% on 10,000–50,000 (max win 7,500)

5.5 Irregular Play

We define irregular play as placing total bets exceeding 150% of the value of the last deposit currently in play. This includes purchasing in-game features such as bonus buys at a total bet of 150% or more of the deposit. Martingale systems, double-up strategies, single-number betting, and abuse of in-game bonus features also constitute irregular play. We reserve the right to confiscate winnings and close accounts where irregular play is detected.

6. VIP Programme

Our MegaWaysVip Casino loyalty programme operates through four tiers based on lifetime deposits: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Benefits scale with each tier and include higher withdrawal limits, more weekly bonuses, enhanced cashback rates, and access to a Private VIP WhatsApp group for Gold and Diamond members. Diamond membership requires 50,000 EUR in lifetime deposits. Higher withdrawal limits beyond standard tier ceilings may be requested from your dedicated VIP manager and are subject to approval.
